SOP FOR ONLINE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Filling the Application form
Click the site http://www.dbckohima.ac.in/OnlineAdmission2021
Fill up the Applicant information, Parent’s information and upload the documents (Passport Size Photo,
HSSLC Admit Card and HSSLC Mark Sheet).
After submission you will obtain the following message on the dashboard
Your Registration for Admission at Don Bosco College Kohima is Successful.
You can also download Application form from Here
On the Dashboard your Application Number, Login Username Password will be displayed and the
same will be sent to your registered Email address.
Step 2. Login to Students portal to know the status of your application
Using the Login Username and Password you can login into student Portal
Step 3: Pay your fee using the QR code Method
If you are selected pay your Semester fee (Rs 12000)
Pay your fee online using the QR code Method. (QR code payment is a contactless payment method
where payment is performed by scanning a QR code from a mobile app.)
♦Using your smart phone Scan the QR code of Don Bosco College Kohima provided in the Student
♦Make the payment of Rs 12000 to Don Bosco College.
♦Enter the UPI transaction ID in the Student Dashboard and press the submit button
Step 4: Download your College ID card
Once your payment is approved, you can download the College ID from the Students Dashboard.
Step 5: Join the Google Classroom
Your class teacher will send you an invitation in your registered Email address to join the Google
classroom. Accept the invitation and join the Google Classroom.
